I been dealing with Gladden Auto sales since 2004. I’m currently driving a wonder 2015 Buick Verano that l love right now. They are a family oriented business that takes care of there customers. I don’t feel like a stranger at all with them. I will recommend and I do recommend Gladden Auto Sales for that car buying customer service and experience that you don’t get from other dealerships. Gladden auto sales has been great to me, purchased my first vehicle from Mr. Gladden in May 2019, and unfortunately a deer ran out in front of my vehicle and it was deemed a total loss. Not only did Mr. Gladden help me when I fell behind in a payment or 2, he also helped me to get in another vehicle after the total loss of my car. Great customer service, and I would definitely recommend Gladden auto sales to any and all of my family and friends.

I had spoke to the owner prior to my financial hardship and stated to him what was going on with my pay since i am a veteran. He just said get your payment in as soon as possible never giving me the notice of repossessing my vehicle. He did not care that I had sick children who had just got discharged from hospital. He then called my phone back asking for a person name Nicole and i said this is not her. A lady then came to my door telling me she is her to pick my vehicle up just after I got off the phone with the owner. She even stated to me i had 10 days by law to get my vehicle back in which I called him and said this and he said my contract is not good anymore and unless i come up with 10k or get someone else to refinance my truck that was the only way I was go get it back.
