Ive used Advance auto parts in franklin ky for years. Nick the manager and the employees go above and beyond to help you get the right parts for your car or truck.

I live in a nearby town from Franklin Kentucky were the stores located. I purposely avoid the advance auto parts that is located the nearest to me in my town and drive an extra distance to go to this advance auto parts, because they are above and beyond helpful, they are courteous with their customer service, and their attitude towards me is that they have my best interest in mind as a consumer and someone that purchases auto parts. Unless a part is out of stock, this will be my go to store for now on, and I will avoid the advance auto parts. Location located nearest me in favor of traveling to go to the store to make purchases. Great job to the staff and customer service at the Franklin Kentucky advance auto parts.

A great hometown parts house. Thought my battery was going bad but it turned out to be the cables needed cleaned. They came out and cleaned and tighten them for me. Runs like a top. Very friendly and honest people.

Nick went above and beyond to help us! We were traveling through the town on our way home to Indiana when we had car trouble. He was our hero God sent that day! What a blessing he was to us. He offered me a chair to sit in while my husband worked outside in the heat. If I could give 10 stars I would. True kindness was shown to us in all ways that day!

Got some parts from another of their stores, one was incorrect. Was then told that even with the receipt i could not return the wrong part for the correct one at that store but that i had to return to the store it was purchased... in another town. Called that store about it and was quickly told they were idiots. I just thought they were lazy.
