Overall experience was GREAT! We did the entire process over the phone (including appraisal of our trade-in). Once we were approved we drove from El Paso Texas to sign the paper work. Once we got there everything went smoothly. Our sales lady Emily went above and beyond! She even put some gifts in the RV for the kids. Our kids loved their gifts and we think it was amazing gesture. The guys at service also helped up put the old unit snd the new one side by side so that we could transfer our stuff. Thank you to the service guys as well. The same night we stayed at a Loves RV stop. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when we woke up this morning we noticed that there was water dripping from underneath by the drain so we will now have to drop it off at the blue compass in L

My husband and I are in the market for a 5th wheel toy hauler. Last week we came to Blue Compass in Franklin Ky. We worked with Emily and Lane. Emily is the sales rep and I believe Lane is in finance/ loan depart. Even though we haven’t found what we’re looking for yet ( we’re not really sure 100% yet) I felt the need to come on here and blast them both for the back flips they are doing to try to get us what we want and where we need to be. We haven’t worked quite as much with Lane as with Emily. But I can tell you this for sure, you won’t find anybody that works harder for you. If it can be done, they will get it done. This is going to be a longer review as there is a lot to this story. We bought a brand new Delta travel trailer with the extended warranty. That part of the process went well and we have no complaints. We took the camper out on a shake-out trip and when we got back we noticed one of the inside slide seals had come loose. Not great but things happen. I called the next day and sent pictures and was told they would put a warranty claim in for the part. Next day they confirmed the part order but had to put off installation because of their move to Franklin. We were not happy but had no recourse. The week before the appointment I called back to confirm we were good to go and they had no record of the appointment or the part order. The claim was closed and recorded as completed (which it
