Took my Suv to Luther's, and they were extremely nice! The lady in the office had such a warm smile when I walked in, and the man, I'm assuming her husband was just as nice! They put 4 new tires on it for me, and it was priced really well! I will most definitely be back!!

Update: They get negative reviews removed. The reviews were not this far apart & I saw multiple low reviews myself. I don't recommend. They're not thorough & Luther is impatient over calls. 10 minutes after leaving, check engine light cuts on, I was lower on oil than when I dropped it off & empty on coolant although I had my own jug in the car they could've used. Every other shop says the leaked oil gets cleaned off after the fix to stop the smoking & check for other leaks. I called about it & was told " I'm not wasting my time or material on cleaning the oil off" and just more rudeness all around. The burning smell was gone in 5 minutes with just a rag, thanks to another shop. I learned I'm better off paying slightly more elsewhere because 500$ later, I dont wanna hear I haven't paid the

I called this company to inquire on some brake work that I needed due to a stripped fitting on my hard line. They were able to work me in the very next day and was able to get the old brake line off and replace it with the part that I had purchased before I realized I was in over my head. 🤭 During the call I was told that I could drop my car off in the early morning and leave my keys in the Dropbox. He advised the repairs could be done before 4:00 p.m. and the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable as well as upfront with the potential repairs and costs associated. The next day I drop my car off and to my surprise get a phone call around noon by a very nice lady that informed me the repairs were done and my vehicle was ready. Thank you Luther's Auto! Dad's almost worst nightmare of 20 year old daughter's car breaking down 120 miles from home predawn on the interstate. AAA took the car to Luther's and they honestly, quickly diagnosed the problem. They sent a video of the battery alternator test, showing it was GOOD (not doing needless repairs!!), and let me hear the forsaken engine knock of a bad rod. The next step to get the car to the dealer for possible warranty work was facilitated by Luke with recommendation of reliable tow service. Luke and his crew didn't do any repairs, but their diagnostics were quick and correct. They will be getting my business in the future for other repairs and maintenance.

Called them to inquire about a service I needed quickly. They were willing to fit me in as quick as they could. I ended up finding another place that was able to get me in. Luther's still called me up to follow up to make sure I was taken care of. They didn't end up getting my business, yet still made the effort to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. Very impressed.
