Donald's Service Center

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. All I needed was my splash shield secured under my car. I somehow lost a fastener while driving and it was scraping the ground. I made an appointment and the receptionist told me to be there right at 12 when they come back from lunch to get it fixed. I took off work and went up there. Donald comes to unlock the door and looks at me and says why are you here? I said I have an appointment at 12 to have my splash shield fastened up. He was immediately aggravated and said he “didn’t have time for this.” I told him I called a few days ago and made an appointment that was written on their calendar and could leave the car and come back. Broke down traveling back to Michigan with a sick granddaughter, being a Saturday thought we were stranded. Found Donald's Service Center and talked with Don, said he would get us in without even knowing we had sick child with us. He put his other work aside and got our vehicle fixed and back on the road. Very nice gentleman and I couldn't have had the work done any cheaper by my own mechanic. Can't go wrong with Don!

Really nice guy runs the place. Fixed our vehicle with no problems and charged a very reasonable price. I've been looking for a person we can go to with car problems and he really did an A-1 job. Thanks!!

Car broke down on our way to Nashville from Indiana, no one had an opening except for Donald's. He did everything he could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. He did quality work in good time. I would reccomend him to anyone.
