First off--Advance has DieHard batteries! I only learned this in the past year or so, and it's great news. I'm so glad I went to this Advance Auto location. I'd been told by another one nearer to me, over the phone, that I needed to be there in daylight--which I was unable to do with my work schedule, and I really needed a battery. So I called the Hanover location, where I was told I could show up at a time in the evening when someone could install the battery. I did not get the name of the woman behind the counter who initially started helping me when neither of us could be sure whether our locally purchased Honda had come from Canada; she got out the US battery, and based on the size, it turned out that the car has a Canadian battery after all! Asked if I needed help every time come in. Sure hope there was no confusion. But I was very happy and satisfied with the service that still gave me. They don't ignore you you walk in and help you every time. That means a lot they did not hide behind any computer terminal.. extremely helpful location for the do-it-yourselfer assistance.

I just bought a battery for my 2010 F150, the tech ran into a little trouble with a rusted hold down bracket but, he stayed on it. Replaced the battery and the hold down bracket. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Advanced Auto in Hanover,MA
