The employees here went above and beyond for me. That nice young man put both of my bulbs in for my headlights with no problem. I would definitely recommend going here. Cause the employees here dont mind working at all. Keep up the good work.
We stopped in hopeful to solve our battery issue, the gentleman who was the general manager (he was a military veteran) was just as kind, professional as you could get. When he realized an issue with our battery the previous place we went to did not, he stepped right up and took care of our needs immediately without hesitation. If only other customer service reps would be as kind and courteous as he was! Will definitely return.

I was told that I could come by and get my alternator voltage checked. I was sent to a closed shop for them to check with a voltage meter. I also got it confirmed by a woman there that they had an alternator for my suv. They didn’t. I went to another location in Jacksonville and the alternator I bought was bad.
Amazing service ordered a heater hose for my buds car they said it would be in the next day. Showed up today New Year’s Eve got the part realized I needed intake gaskets they didn’t have them in stock but Mac!!!! My guy went ABOVE and BEYOND for me calling multiple auto parts stores to get me those gaskets today and he made it happen!!! Guy needs a rise and promotion hands down best customer service I have had at a auto parts store in years
