Advance Auto Parts

I am a first-time customer at Advanced Auto Parts on 22nd street. I called this morning to check to see if they had a battery for my 2013 Ford Escape that was shown in stock on the website. Joe at the store verified that this was the correct battery for my car and also double checked to make sure the battery was indeed in stock. It was in stock and Joe said that it will be waiting for you on the customer sales counter when you arrive today. When I arrived, the battery was waiting for me, and I asked if he could install it and Joe said yes. We discussed some other items that I added to my purchase and proceeded outside to install the battery. It was a cold February day in the 20s with a stiff windchill. Jerk. Guy had an attitude problem because he had to replace a battery for free. Don't sell junk for $140 that doesn't last 8 months. He also told me one time replacement but the receipt said it's warranted for the remainder of the 12 month period. What a jerk. I miss Gallagher Auto Parts.
