I consider myself a car guy, having owned 17 cars and 3 motorcycles. However this was my first time getting a new car. I helped someone lease an Ioniq 6, and I was so impressed with the dealership experience (and the car) that I went back a few days later and got an Ioniq 5 for myself! We mostly dealt with Gianna and Nate, both of whom were extremely friendly, low pressure, and knowledgeable. They gave me quotes over the phone without requiring me to come in and discuss details first. The experience literally could not have gone smoother. I was looking at a dealer closer to me first, but they refused to give me any quotes over the phone. The experience at Hazleton Hyundai was so much better. The customer service is above and beyond. A very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Kat Warner helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my needs and likes. Even helping with my insurance questions. Everyone there went out of their way to match my non negotiable vehicle features with my price point and. I would highly recommend Kat and Hazleton Hyundai and the friendly staff.

I own a 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 78,000 miles on it. Since around 50,000 miles, it’s been exhausting. I am the first owner of this car. We have been back-and-forth to the dealership numerous times, for various issues. Each time we are told something has been repaired and a few thousand miles later a new issue pops up. It’s been a never-ending cycle with no long-term resolution. All but one time, we are told that there are no rental vehicles available, all while they sit out front lined up. We were told that they have to be reserved two weeks in advance. I assume I’m supposed to know my car is going to break two weeks in advance…. Most recently I was charged $159 to be told that they “THINK” the issue is the starter. For a dealership, this level of uncertainty paired with additional costs

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Gianna and Nate along with Will helped my wife and I pick out a car we love!! We bring our other Hyundai in for routine maintenance work and Amy and everyone in service is always happy to help us and are great people to talk too!
