Fantastic experience with Fairway Chevrolet. I was originally looking to purchase from an out-of-state dealer, but after speaking with members of the team, I knew I wanted to give my business to Fairway and keep it local. Brian, Jeremy, Ron, and Gary were all extremely pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I was absolutely blown away when they sent their driver, Lou, to give me a complimentary two hour drive to the dealership from my house in Pottstown, saving me $150 on an Uber ride. My Chevy Colorado was having multiple issues with ABS and traction control and a whining noise coming from the engine. I took my truck there on a Thursday morning stating my problems and also asked for additional service. “E-break”, “oil change” and a tire rotation. I get a call the next morning stating that they are 3 hours into diagnostic which costs about 180$ per hr to figure out my ABS situation. They asked me if I wanted them to proceed or stop. With my bill already racked up to 600$ to not even find anything I told them to stop. I had 4 new tires installed on the Buy 3 get the 4th for $1.00 deal. (awesome deal by the way!!) A few weeks later, a slow leak developed in the left front and Fairway took immediate care as soon as I called to make an appointment. Service was quick and the minor issue was fixed.!!!
