The salesman Shawn and mgr. Were exceptional from the moment I made the call to inquire about their vehicles, to meeting them and the entire process through. They went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with my purchase and were so kind and patient through the entire process. I told them my needs, what my dream car was and where I wanted to be financially with payments. They worked diligently and made it happen. The customer service alone was phenomenal! I highly recommend Mazda Hazelton!

I must say, I purchased my SUV over the weekend and had the best experience with a dealership ever. From the sales person to the service department, to the general manager and everyone in-between, everyone was so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The 45 minute drive was well worth my time. I will definitely choose them again in the future.

Last week, I called to order a part for a customer’s CX-3 and spoke with Mark in the parts department. He was extremely helpful in locating the correct item. I explained that I own a restoration shop focused primarily on classic cars, but that one of my regular customer's had brought in their daily driver for maintenance. Mark went above and beyond by setting my business up with an account and even attempted to deliver the part to my shop, which is about 25 minutes away. Unfortunately, I was out that day due to a family matter and missed the delivery. Later that day, I stopped by the dealership to pick up the part in person, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful..right down to offering refreshments on my way out. I reached out to Hazleton Mazda regarding a possible warranty issue with my daughter’s Mazda 3. Joe, from Service looked into the issue gave me some options and we agreed on a solution. I also was interested in doing an upgrade to Apple CarPlay and Joe was more than happy to accommodate the upgrade. Technician Chris sent us a great video explaining the installation as well as identifying a minor issue with the vehicle’s battery. The technicians’ explanation was clear and thorough. Both issues were taken care of the same day, which was convenient. Dealing with Joe was a pleasure from start to finish.
