Our car battery died so we went to Advance Auto Parts to ask them to check out our car battery. They ended up saying that our car battery was dead. They then offered to charge it for us for free. We later returned to pick up our car battery that was charged. The person helping I was very kind and respectful. He helped us with everything we needed. He was very informational and told us everything we needed to know.

While traveling through the area we had to make a stop because the battery in our travel trailer died. These guys were great! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful!

My first experience at Advance Auto Parts was exemplary. I had gotten an oil change at a drive thru place and had my wiper blades replaced. They told me they couldn't replace the back wiper because the arms often break and they couldn't be responsible for a break/repair. I absolutely did not want to schedule an appointment at the dealer for such straightforward maintenance. I set out to find the size of my rear wiper blade and actually had difficulty finding it. I finally found Advance Auto Parts in Huber Heights and they had the kind I needed. A very helpful and kind employee, Ahearn, actually took the time to show me how my rear wiper arm works and that I wasn't at risk of breaking it when replacing the blade myself. He installed the blade for me while he taught me about the equipment. H

This store has amazing customer service. I will never go anywhere else. In theory I could get parts off Amazon or from Walmart and tinker with things myself. Auto parts stores probably cost more, but they will work with me to make sure these are the correct parts and will often install before I even drive away. This location is especially helpful and goes above and beyond
