Stopped in with my daughter, who is fairly new to driving and car ownership, to get her a bulb for her brake light/turnsignal. We walked around the store for a bit and wasn't asked if we needed help. When we stood by thr front counter we were helped by a grumpy "Gus". We gave him the information and he just tells us the product number. He didn't bother telling us what aisle it was on, let alone showing us where it was. Usually, parts stores are more helpful and customer friendly than the service we received this trip.

In and out quickly with what i needed and the gasket I would've forgotten if the girl at the counter hadn't asked. (Wish I woukdgot her name, she saved me from making a second trip. Great job!!

immediately waited on me (they were busy). Needed new battery, installed and back on road within 15 minutes. Highly recommend

Ordered parts online and when I got there they didn’t even have any of it ready.Whats the point in ordering online if none of it is gonna be ready when I arrive? Defeats the whole purpose…

John the store manager is a joke. Customer had an online purchase for a starter which failed. Customer's vehicle was towed to our shop for repair. Called to see about getting a replacement, he told me the customer had to come in (with no vehicle) to get it taken care of. Not the case, I took the starter to Advance Auto in Bushnell where the store manger Jared, and Charles in Commercial, gladly took care of the issue. All that had to be done was a return on the original purchase and repurchase from the store itself. I wouldn't waste my time in this store. Go to Bushnell if you can. 8/25/2025Gave another chance today. Slapped right in the face. Called and asked John about a warranty swap for an electric fuel pump to extract gas. Was told had a driver and would be right away. Called back aft
