Don’t ever buy anything from Thisstore. I bought a battery from them November 23, 2023. battery I purchased have Three years warranty. i been having a lot of problem with battery. Every time I have to turn my car on. I have to use jumper cable.and if I use a different Battery, it does work. I called the Store and I told Them about the issue With the battery. beginning, they told me .doesn’t have warranty. And then he told me. I have to take the battery to the store. Which I did they test the battery and he told me. The battery is good. It’s nothing wrong with the battery. And he told me, my car is the issue. It’s not the battery, so why my car turned on a different battery, and why you have to use jumper cable. Every time I have to turn my car on. I left the battery in the store, and I
Annisse and Jayden are amazing if I could give a million star review I would. These two individuals helped me with my car needs. They were patient and kind, help me figure out what bulbs my car needed and I borrowed a flat head. They made sure I was good before I departed the store. 💕 I'm forever grateful I will be shopping here from now on.
The service here really sucks. Store manager and assistant manager and the young kid playing on his phone instead of helping a customer, no help from any of them , young kid couldn't even help me look for the parts behind the counter, what service is that. And i tell assistant abt my service and I get sry we cant help you. And store manager didn't even care. Sry but that's poor customer service. Go to auto zone for better service, plus they have more in their store, this is the worst location ive ever been to very disappointed
The general manager from advance auto parts Jose is always friendly and professional We were waiting for a transmission for days some how was sent to the wrong place up in Bradenton Florida and he went out of his way to bring us the transmission the same day I will always recommend Advance auto parts in Labelle and see Jose
Best customer service always clean everyone’s always very helpful
