Top notch customer service. Nate is so kind and a pleasure to do business with. He and the entire staff really go out of their way to be helpful and make sure we get what we need as soon as possible. Today, the gentleman even brought my order out to my truck to exchange some of the heavier items. Truly appreciated.

Came in the other day needing a new battery and install. I have limited mobility and am no longer able to do it myself. Soon as I asked about an install the attitude of the employee ( an older man) completely changed. He got pouty and made rude comments trying to shame his idea that I didn’t know how to do it myself. Regardless of customer knowledge it’s the guys job and that attitude is a really crap way to interact with customers. The other guy there ended up installing the battery and was actually great! If the old man has such a problem doing his job maybe he should retire! Rude as hell and because of that I will not be returning…

The sales group was very busy with customers, however, they managed to help me without interruption with other customers The sales group are experienced and understand needs of the customer!

Update, 2/2022.. I love the convenience of online shopping and picking up, even better to have an advance account which I shop directly from with the Manteo, NC Advance shop being my local pickup store..I have saved and earned over the years and its a great initiative to get what you need when you know you're saving as well...my last visit was ordered, I applied my $10 dollar reward making it under $10 bucks for $30 spent, and it was fast, before I had drove the 10 minutes to get there it was ready and even brought out to me, you can do that or go inside to get your purchase.. the people working their are informative on the items,, and friendly, thank for keeping up the great service.. **1/2019"'Thank thank you,thank you... Great service, was able to have my battery replaced at the store. Very helpful since I was on vacation at the time, it saved time a a major headache.
