Tichina, team member, was what made my experience with this store a 5 star. She treated the customer before me with the same kindness and knowledge as she did me. Tichina not only installed my wipers, but when I asked, she taught me how to do so. I have always had good customer service here, but today was top notch.

In a pinch and with a very dead battery, I went to this location with hopes of some help and found just that. Jessica C was so incredibly helpful and kind. She found me an affordable battery and even helped install it. Her disposition was warm, compassionate and approachable. What a star employee they have! I will definitely be back and recommending this location to my friends in the area. All thanks to my experience with Jessica!

Needed a new air filter. Searched website and they had what I needed. Went to the store. The clerk asked me what I needed. Gave him the part number and the model and year of my car and two minutes later I was checking out. Nice clean well organized store and people are attentive and helpful. Easy access to store with doors level with parking lot.

Sales associate, Bobby was very knowledgeable. The store was clean and very organized. Purchased a battery. I was be back if I need further assistance.

Whatever manager was on duty on June 9th, a wonderful pecan tan lady. Let me tell you, I’m a fleet technician by trade just not from the area but I was down there taking my significant other to a doctors appointment. Out of all the parts stores I’ve ever been to, parts people I’ve ever worked with, managers I’ve ever dealt with? Wonderful, absolutely fantastic. She’s the only one from Mt. pleasant to North Charleston willing to work with me during an emergency to get my car fixed so I could get it back on the road and get home to NC. I wish I remembered her name. She’s an angel that deserves a raise FOR SURE
