Thank you very much to the dark skin guy behind the counter that I met on December 23rd that recommended me to go to Mavis. I appreciate it!
Guy inside did not want to give a credit card refund after 6pm. I can understand if we had paid in cash and they didn’t have the cash, but we just left and got the wrong brake pads. Called the other store and they were happy to help and refund us with no problem and sell us the correct ones. The guy just didn’t want to do his job. Terrible customer service
I want to give a THANK YOU to Alex. He was so nice and helpful. I went to another store for help, and they were SO rude when I walked in and refused to help me. I was traveling out of town and needed help, and he was amazing and resolved my issues. He was smiling, and Advance should be proud of the way he represented the company.
This store was on Columbia Road near Piggly Wiggly in Orangeburg, S. C. The person who waited on me was named Germaine and he was very polite and quite knowledgeable about the battery that I purchased. Germaine acted as if he actually owned this store and I do not know... perhaps he did! I really enjoy visiting stores and restaurants that employ professionals like this! Wallace 7/23/25'
