I went in today to get wipers before the big storm, and Michael couldn’t have been nicer to work with. We had a great conversation while he found what I needed, rang me up, and then quickly installed them for me. I was very appreciative of his help, expertise, and kindness. Thank you so much.

Oh my gosh last week went into this store. I had to get a battery for my car. This nice young man helped me with a battery purchase. His name is Gary. He is the nicest person in the store. He had great a great attitude and was so helpful.

Young man with the dark curly hair (didn't catch his name) was so incredibly kind and helpful! I came in needing multiple sets of lights and he helped me understand what I needed, answered questions, and even labelled the lights for me so I knew what went where. He was very knowledgeable, and we had a pleasant conversation too! Left with a smile for sure. Will be back, thanks so much!

Recently I had a good experience with one of the techs there. However a few months ago I went in a couple of times and had the rudest experience was treated like trash by one and then a second one chimed in and all I was doing was bringing old sealed oil containers to them for proper disposal. I'll rate again if I notice a trend of respect as I did the last time. Hence the extra star.

I purchased a battery 6 months ago. Lost my receipt, and needed to bring battery back. It was in the system with the receipt. Without hesitation, and Without any issues they swapped it out. The store manager never hesitated to do the right thing. The professionalism, courtesy, and customer service was impeccable. I will go there for now on, with any and all purchases going forward.
