I’m very disappointed with Advance Auto. I purchased a battery from them and it only lasted 4 months. A battery dying this fast shows it was clearly defective or low-quality. When I called the store, they checked the warranty and told me they couldn’t help me because it was past the 3-month period by just one month. So basically, they’re selling batteries that don’t even last half a year and don’t stand behind their products. I understand policies, but good customer service should be about doing what’s right especially when a product clearly failed way too soon. The fact that they refused to help or offer any type of solution other than “you’re past the warranty” is extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from Advance Auto again.

I had an amazing experience with Jeremiah at AutoZone! He was very informative and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my car. He even helped me change my battery terminal and made sure I understood the process. Jeremiah went above and beyond with his customer service, and I honestly believe he deserves a store manager position. Because of his help, I’ll definitely be coming back here all the time.
