This review comes as genuine as they can get ! First I would like to say like others have already, that the Customer service here is beyond phenomenal, I set up my appointment per Tire kingdoms advice to make sure my experience goes as smooth as possible and as quick as possible and they surely fulfilled that promise ! Secondly, I had no trouble finding a good quality and budget friendly new tire that Tire kingdom provided for me, the wait time was beyond reasonable, and last but not least I would like to give a very special thanks to Jonathan at the front desk for assisting me with my appointment and kindly providing me with assistance on a flexible payment for the Job, assuring me that I had nothing to worry about and that I was fine to go! The peace of mind that he provided was priceles

Ryan provided truly exceptional customer service. He was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear that Ryan takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Because of him, I’ll be returning to this Tire Kingdom and recommending it to others. If you’re coming here, ask for Ryan and you won’t be disappointed.

Ryan took care of my vehicular needs without hassle or delay :) I unfortunately came in without appointment, it was my first time visit and I was in a rush but he managed to make time for me. Extremely satisfied and appreciative for the work, will be coming back every time I need car maintenance.

Where do I start??? Ryan is absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to handle any situation clearly because he handle me! I recently got 2 new tires from Kingston Tire (Kissimmee) on my 2022 E-450 and not 1 week later I had service work done at the dealership and was told my front tires were at about 7? I went straight to Tire Kingdom thinking OMG i got scammed and they put used tires on my car….. NOT THE CASE HERE PEOPLE. They don’t sell used tires as I learned and Ryan took the time to explain and show me my tires aren’t anywhere near that. Matter of fact they are a 10 as so is Kingdom TIre 🛞 in my book! Thank you Ryan for time you spent with me and you bet your buns I’ll be back to get the back 2 as soon as they are needed my friend:-) Id give you a 10 star ratin

Went in to get a couple of tires and alignment. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding available options. The service was timely and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
