Outstanding Service at Radiant CSR Wash – Thanks to Felicia! I want to give the highest recognition to Felicia, an attendant at Radiant CSR Wash (925) in Poinciana. When I arrived, their system was unfortunately down due to a Spectrum issue and they were only able to accept cash. I had already pre-treated my truck with brushes and cleaners at the pre-clean station, but I only had a card on me. Felicia went above and beyond instead of letting the situation become my problem, she showed incredible professionalism and customer care by allowing me through for a rewash so my truck wouldn’t be left covered in pretreatment solution. One of the best washes I’ve gotten around the area! Loved the energy there and Falisha was amazing. She has a great personality and gave me some air fresheners !! Definitely recommend visiting !

I currently own two large capacity passenger vans and finding a good car wash which is located in a good area with some of the best staff working there. I prefer this car wash over many others I’ve used in the past because the complimentary drying towels and glass cleaning spray bottles plus free air fresheners are not all available with most other car wash places.

I recently visited for a quick wash and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. An employee named Zabdiel took the time to answer all of my questions and offered a clear, detailed explanation of the membership options available. His professionalism, knowledge, and courteous demeanor made a lasting impression. Thanks to this excellent experience, I fully intend to return and would highly recommend the service to others.
