Take 5 Oil Change

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Isaac, my service advisor, was outstanding — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out quickly. If you’re looking for honest service and great customer care, ask for Isaac. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I'm rating these guys a 5* for doing the service in a really fast time and actually checking all my fluids and looking out for leaks. It is their job to up sell and al that and I understand it's a business. With that being said their prices for an oil change is a bit much and their filters are ridiculously overpriced. You can find the same filters online for half the price and even less than half the price. I do my own oil changes most of the time and come here when my body just isn't up to the task. I pay for the convenience of it all knowing I'm paying more than it would normally cost for the oil. This place even with coupons is absolutely overpriced. It was my first time to visit this place and I’d recommend their services. I went for oil change and Within less than an hour everything was done while comfortably sitting in my car. They were very fast. Ethan was Very friendly with great customer service. Tatiana came around several times with cold free water ensuring that everyone was comfortable. Great team.

Highly recommend I’m been going to vavalion oil change and always spend 80 dollars and this place was the only place I ever been too that gave me an oil change for 50 and also scanned my coupon. I ended up spending 48 dollars and I was so happy with the service. They were so kind. The guy put air in my tires and I didn’t even have to ask him or anything he just told me my tire pressure in the back was low and he did it for me. The I.t guy reset my dash board for me which never been done before and I didn’t have to ask for that either. They were just nice people and I highly recommend the poinciana location. They are the busy store in town but they got me in and out within 15 minutes. They gave me information about my vehicle I almost thought they can do anything lol I will be coming back
