I love this place. The people are so helpful and just awesome to be around. it makes me happy to come in here, knowing that people are actually gonna try for my parts.
Great store amazing staff they go above and beyond. They can have fun and be professional great sense of humor. 10/10 Potsdam store!
I went in to the store today September 14th. The workers were messing around with air horns which was extremely loud. They never asked if we were needing any help. We went to exit and were told to have a good Easter. I did not find it a very professional.
not only are they helpful, this is the most fun auto parts store I’ve ever been to. especially that Myles guy he should really become an inventory specialist of some sort. he’s amazing
This store would be great if the majority of employees had motivation. The only one that did was on the phone with a customer and he called for the guys I heard in the back. You could tell they were not interested. Okay off to the zone I go.
