Starting off I will say, that there most definitely isn’t enough room To leave all the details I’d like To leave. The most horrible experience I have ever had with any repair shop. Don’t expect a phone call back. You won’t get it. Don’t ask for an estimate, it won’t even be close. Don’t even talk to the skinny guy up front he’s clueless and degrading. Downright rude. Don’t expect your car to get back to you in the same shape you brought it in. My back windshield wiper is now broken and the problem isn’t even fixed. Don’t bring your tires there bc they will get lost and you won’t get a phone call until you call and ask why they have had it for 2 months. My husband hit a deer with my 10 month old Prius and the front end was totally crushed. Blevin’s did a fabulous job fixing it up to look brand new, cleaned the interior, and worked with my insurance directly so I dis not have to fight for the proper amount to fix it up. The front end receptionist was terrific. She kept me informed every step of the way and explained how they would work with the insurance. The insurance’s initial estimate was $2200, when in reality the total cost was closer to $7200. And the insurance went ahead and paid Blevin’s directly because of the receptionist’s expertise with working with insurances! Don’t know if I am allowed to name her- but she can work miracles!
