Barstows made the car buying experience super easy. The whole process made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep to go over everything when I was indecisive in what I wanted and answer all my questions. They made sure I was taken care of from the get go and know I can reach out at any time if I need.

So i have a 2024 forester bought new here. Front tires wore out on the inside. So the alignment is out but if I would have rotated the tire every 7,000 miles I wouldn't have known. They want you to but all new tires for 850.00, this is crazy. They wouldn't help at all with the cost. My recommendation is If you buy a car here get your alignment check soon after so you don't get taken. It's a money thing.

Needed air in my Crosstrek on a saturday and the Stewart and 7-11 nearby didnt have a working dispenser. Great guy in the shop (closed on Saturday) was very graciius and helped us out.
