So appreciative to Mike for helping our daughter who had her driver's side wiper fly off on way to work this morning at 7am during the ice storm - after working an overnight as a volunteer AEMT with only 3 hours of sleep! She called on way home after 5pm so we looked for a place that may help her on her way home and we're so glad we encountered Mike and staff! They were super quick installing it for her and got her the right wiper for a good price instead of taking advantage of a young lady who isn't familiar with auto parts. Nice that her VERY long 24 hours ended on a high note. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The way customer service SHOULD be :-)

Mike was great! Came in to buy a new battery - he installed it with courtesy and professionalism in under 15 mins!

I am sharing my gratitude for Carsen and Mike. These guys are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They went way, way above and beyond to help me the other day, I would have been stuck and had an expensive repair without their expertise and assistance. I do everything I can to get all my products and visits for auto products at this shop. Can’t recommend them enough - thanks guys!

Beyond some of the best workers I've ever encountered. Micheal and Sam are the most helpful, most compassionate people I've encountered in any customer service interaction ever. My car had been experiencing battery issues, and Sam went above and beyond to help install a new battery, as well as tighten my terminals, and install a new windshield wiper. Micheal upgraded my battery to a brand new one after coming in and saying the old one had died due to a parasitic draw. He also installed a terminal cutoff to prevent the draw from getting worse free of charge. He was the only one in the store and still made sure to thoroughly fix my problem even in between helping other customers. Incredible customer service from Rob and Wil! These two guys were running the store when I dropped off a loaner tool and came to pick up some wipers. Unbelievably friendly, just as knowledgeable, and without a doubt the best Advanced Auto Parts customer service I’ve ever experienced. It matters when you have guys like Rob and Wil who know every inch of their craft, even if it’s just to ask about Trico blades.
