I bought a battery for my car online. I verified online that my car was eligible for installation at the store, pretty clear green check mark. When I got to the store to pick up the battery and have it installed, I was greeted by 3 ladies. 2 of which were rude. I told them I needed my battery installed, at first they told me nobody was there to install it. Then they asked what kind of car I have, I told them a 2019 Honda civic.. I didn’t tell them it was an LX which is an option you need to click online to see if it’s eligible, they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t eligible for the install. I’m giving my review a one star not because of the store but because of the Manager on duty today . 8/ 12/25 2:15 pm . She is such a disgrace to the store and advance auto parts company. She has no courtesy, no manners, no respect and should not be talking to customers. She was very rude belittling and disrespectful to me. I have never had such a horrible experience in a place of business like the one I had today. It is such a shame . I would never ever shop in that place ever again. I bought brake pads with sensors for my daughter‘s Bmw . However , the right brake pads was in the box with the wrong sensor. Last December I bought a battery from this location. Two days ago that battery had died on me so I went in to warranty it out. Nina the manager told me that it was the wrong battery for my vehicle claiming that my car requires an agm battery due to the amount of voltage the vehicle requires( it does not) and told me I couldn’t warranty out the battery and had to pay the difference to the get agm battery instead due to me buying the “wrong battery” recommended for my car. I get that she was trying to help me but she doesn’t understand cars and clearly just didn’t know how to warranty out the battery as proven by the fact she admitted she messed up the process and had to redo the warranty which I didn’t even get.

Don't waste your time. They lack any knowledge of parts. They advised a 19yr old on a wrong permatex that could ruin the coolant system. Go to Napa or O'Reilly's. If you must go, make sure you pay attention on what country the part is made in.
