Shyanne was amazing!! It’s so nice to see a woman pulling codes out of my car. She was great and told me what part I needed to buy. I feel blessed to have found her today on a Saturday afternoon.

On my way home from a family wedding my alternator and battery went down on the road. At the rest stop I asked if there was an auto parts store close. He said this advance auto store. If I hadn't done this... I would probably still be there waiting. The young lady with the arm in a sling was my guiding angel. She made a phone call and brought me a ''country boy'' prince of a man. Country boy was a tat he has. Love you 2. Neither hesitate and got me home. Thank you guys. Y'all put my faith in people back and I will make advance auto store my first stop for anything car related. Thank you so much!!!!

Why would you give such a weak auto response apology and think that alone would make a difference? Poor customer service a many levels. Sadly I left empty-handed, they had everything I wanted on the shelf. I'm getting things for a trailer to haul. I was probably looking to spend about $8-900 today. I was in the process of carrying everything up to the counter until I got to the trailer mount hitch. It was pretty heavy I got to the register they saw me holding it and instead of clearing a place for me to set it, as they knew I would be right back with it they started waiting on new customers. And I thought about it for a second they never actually waited on me. All he did was to an isle and say it's that way. They couldn't even help take my money and I thought that's what a cashier did. So

People are rude here. Made my husband wait while they chatted.. ..not good customer service

Workers don’t know there left from there right.. Sad you get parts and have to keep wasting time going back and fourth.. Gave up and went to AUTO ZONE and walked away with the right part.
