Take 5 Oil Change

I just moved here from the other side of Virginia and was looking for a place for an oil change and some friendly service. After a few phone calls, I went for the most affordable around, which was Take5. Upon my arrival, I was taking care of by Michael, Trevor & Hunter Davis. The best and most honest customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Thank you for the quick, reliable, honest and top of line customer service. See you for my next oil change.

I like take 5. They usually do their job well! However, they forgot to top off my windshield fluid during the season that needs it the most! I was serviced at 288060 and have 288433 now. I sprayed my windshield once and now it says low fluid. Not very happy! I follow oversize loads and they get my windshield dirty! My driver wasnt happy having to stop to take care of something that should of already been done! My invoice shows they topped it off... now I wonder if they even checked the other fluids. 🙄 plus they charged me for an extra quart of oil that didn't go in my engine since I provided them a quart of leak stop to add to it. So not happy with this service. I'll just head to Staunton next time.

Had my oil changed on Saturday and it was a great experience! They have a new manager brought in from Harrisonburg and she is doing an amazing job. Running a tight ship (efficient, knowledgeable, and organized!) and it seems like the entire crew is working hard and having fun while doing it. She and her team are very appreciated!

Excellent work! They only had two guys and had just started on another car when I arrived, and it was still speedy and done well! Highly recommend

The employees at the Waynesboro location were very friendly & professional. I appreciated not being pushed into adding higher priced items or services like it often happens at the “drive thru” places. And I like knowing I can “top off” my fluids or get air in my tires for free in between my oil changes! They also honored my coupon of $25 off!
