Came in for a state inspection, they were fair, very communicative, and flexible. I usually try to do most of my own work on that particular vehicle which they understood and didn't try to push stuff on me, something I really appreciate. Overall a really good experience and will be coming back to them if I encounter vehicle trouble that is outside my ability.

I told them the EXACT issue with my car. They said “no problem”. I drop it off on a Monday. Don’t hear a word from them all week. I call Friday just for them to tell me “we don’t do that kind of work at our shop”. Seems like they could have told me before I dropped it off that they don’t work on the issue I told them the car was having. Instead, they waste my time and are completely uncommunicative. Wasted my time and time of others who had to give me rides to/from the shop. Not sure why they didn’t tell me ahead of time that the issue I was having, needed to be addressed at a different shop. I would understand if I didn’t know and communicate the EXACT issue. But instead they just wasted time and not sure they ever would have called me if I didn’t reach out to them. There's no hour or portion thereof here. The time I was charged for was the time it actually took. My response to the bill was 'that's all'! Very happy customer.
