First, I would like to say I am not angry or mad. I am just deeply and highly disappointed with the service I received most recently. Since moving to Waynesboro, we have been using Brooks for our vehicles and have had excellent service. With my last visit, my trust was broken and I will not be returning as a customer nor will my daughter, her exact response when I asked if she would continue using Brooks was “ it’s just not worth taking the chance so NO”! I took my car in to have the brakes repaired. I received a call that something else also needed attention( can’t remember what)but I gave permission for that to be fixed. I received another phone call stating that my inspection sticker would expire within a few days and was given the offer to have my inspection done as well at this time a

Brooks Auto is amazing and has been our go to Mechanic (beside’s Daddy :). They have taken care of our family (in-law’s) for years and we will remain with them. They are fairly priced and do excellent work. They offer an array of services including: state inspections, oil changes, and a lot more. Donna, is the sweetest and kindest lady and works just as hard as the men do in that garage!! (A personal shout out to her!!). Both their parking lots are always full of customers vehicles and I know why, because they are excellent people with an excellent business. Whether you’re local or coming through and need repair work or just a simple task, go to Brook’s Auto Services!!

While driving on the interstate, my car suddenly started acting up around 4 PM — just an hour before Brooks Auto and Truck Repair was set to close. Gene didn’t hesitate. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator and stayed late to get the job done. His dedication and professionalism were outstanding. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and even recommended a local park where I could take my five kids while we waited. What could have been a stressful disaster turned into a fun break for the kids — they enjoyed the pool and playground, and now they just remember it as a fun stop on our trip. A huge shout out and sincere thanks to this shop. I had an oil leak which 2 shops could not locate in the last year. Went to Waynesboro to meet up with family for a trip to Europe and it happened again. Gene worked it in his busy schedule and repaired it while I was gone. Top notch service, very thorough, and reasonable. My engine area looks like new! Thanks so much!

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever visited!! Broke down in Waynesboro headed to Tennessee with 5 hours to go. I called them and they didn't hesitate in making an emergency repair to our truck. Turned out the fuel relay/pump went bad. 5 hours later we are on the road headed to Vacay! Repair cost was reasonable. They are the nicest people we have met in a very long time. THANK YOU!!! ❤️
