I bought a product from here. Cherry scented car freshener. I sprayed it in my car and it gave no scent. I bought it from the Westfield branch. I went back the next day to return it. The salesperson was very rude and harsh with me. He said she wouldn't accept returns. He said this perfume is too strong. I told her to spray it on her hand and smell it. Even though she saw how weak the scent was when she sprayed it on her hand, she neither exchanged it for me nor refunded my money. This is not a store like this. I am a woman and I deserve more polite communication. This is shameful!!! Your employees are very rude!!

Very poor quality parts, I bought 4 lifetime warranty brake calipers, of the four only two were good upon instalation two of them leaked and had to be returned. IMO. Auto Zone quality is way better. Being a certified Nissan Master Technician and certified ASE. Mastertech fo 38 years I know what in talking about. IMO. Autozone blows them away for part quality as well as their great knolegable counter help!! Wont go back to Advanced Auto Parts again, that seriously bad experience was enough for me!!! Just my take on it.

I love Advance Auto, have used them for ALL my car needs, until I visited this store. The woman they hired ripped us off for $400 for a catalytic converter. We have 4 kids and are barely surviving paycheck to paycheck. Now we have to find where we can get the same part for under $1,000 and we're out $400 that could have paid for food! Even though one bad person is why my rating is so low, they chose to hire this woman. This scam artist.

I asked for a carb for my truck, kid looked at me like i had 10 heads. Didnt know what it was. So I went to Oreillys. Best parts store in town.
