WOW!!!…what a clean and super organized location 😊 a wonderful experience, the best World-class Customer Service and skill level excellence that I’ve ever seen in the many, many locations that I have shopped with this great brand; AAP! The clerk mr.Aidon was super terrific…very knowledgeable and delivered Expertise with the battery testing, sale and installation of the Gold battery! I highly recommend this location and Advanced Auto Parts!!!

Pretty disappointed with my experience here. Came in needing to replace about a quart of oil in my car, walking in carrying a newborn. I asked where the specific oil was, and was dismissed by an older Santa look-alike, that said “sorry my hands are full, I guess yours are too haha.” Aidon B was fantastic and helped me locate the oil, check out, and even popped my hood, but I ultimately had to place my newborn on the ground in the heat and put in the oil myself. I realize the extent of the services are limited to battery installation, but I would expect better from the staff. I appreciate Aidon’s efforts, though I will not be using Advanced Auto Parts in the future.

I visited the store on 10/25/25, but unfortunately didn't note the names of the guys working that day. They helped me find MFA cleaner, air filters and wiper blades and explained all of my options. This experience stood out to me as almost going above and beyond because it's becoming increasingly common to feel dismissed or encounter persons disinterested in their job. This scenario was the opposite. Hats off to these guys, and if management happens to be reading reviews, you've done a great job with training and please take care of your employees at this location.

I had such an amazing experience here, Talia helped me understand what tests I needed done, why my lights were flickering, she gave me the tools to fix it and a new battery. She checked the alternator, battery and starter with this machine

Came to get a battery and Talia and Devon were so helpful and fast acting. Devon checked me out and made sure I got the right battery for a great price and Talia installed the battery for me. During the installation Talia explained everything she was doing and even cleaned corrosion away from the old battery. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH TALIA AND DEVON! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism during such a busy time at the store. Definitely Only coming here!
