My old shop in the city makes it hard to go elsewhere but with increasing prices and the distance, we had to look elsewhere and landed at Advanced Auto, through a family referral. Really pleased overall, price is fair and they take care of whats needed. Gives the feeling of a well oiled machine, no pun intended. Only suggestion, run a full diagnostic regardless of what is expressed by the client to be wrong. My former shop does this, and was the only shop I ever visited that does it - offered the diagnosis free and potential discounts if the work was done at their shop, otherwise you were charged for the diagnosis to be completed. Great experience at Advanced Auto Body, truly a hidden gem! I was having problems getting an inspection sticker and these folks went above and beyond to get the repairs I needed and saved me a huge amount of money! They worked with me to get the best price possible and kept me updated on everything! Tucked away in Peacedale, I was able to walk my dog and get a coffee while repairs were being completed. The waiting area is cute and comfortable complete with a 10 cent Coca -Cola machine! And Jack was more than comfortable to hang out! The staff is wonderful and I will definitely be going back for all my auto repairs!

I don't ever write reviews, but these guys deserve that effort. They repaired collision damage to my SUV and did great work. Not many organizations ( to my experience ) fit this description, but I believe that they really take pride in their work and strive to do their best.

great service and I can genuinely say they are trustworthy. Had another place lie and say I needed brakes done and said it would be $600 and then came here and they informed me they were totally fine and gave me a great price for other stuff I needed done.
