This place is awesome one employee especially, named renee has helped me out on multiple occasions for me and some of my friends and always makes sure we are walking out the door with the proper parts!

I bought rotors and break pads. But they had given the wrong sizes. This cost me a lot money in the auto repair shop. Because after going to autoshop, they found out the sizes don't match. Then they charged me more.

Item was located over a tag for something with a lower price. Then charged a different price without being able to show the proper price on the shelf. Frustrating when trying to select what to buy.

I generally like AutoZone and have made quite a few purchases over the years. This last time around was some oil and oil filter and an air filter for my engine. The air filter box was pretty roughed up and I mentioned that to the associate who just said something to the effects of yeah I know but thinking that people should do their jobs I didn't think to look in the box, which I should have because apparently whomever put it on the shelf did not check the product before doing so because it was unusable. I was on my way to return at the end of the day, I had my receipt in my visor and the wind sucked out of my window driving down the road so now I have an air filter that I cannot use

Sep.7 2025. Went to purchase a steering wheel puller for my clock spring replacement task. They provided a FREE LOANER PULL KIT. That did the trick. Very relieved I did not have to make a purchase of a tool I will never need again. Thanks Wakefield RI Autozone!!
