Advanced Auto Mobile Mechanic

Cliff was the most helpful auto mechanic I've ever worked with. After getting a quote at another mechanic in San Marcos at $2700, I wanted a second opinion. Cliff picked up the phone at 8 pm and instantly was helpful. He worked to get me the absolute best prices for the part that was needed. He was transparent and constantly gave me updates. In the end, I saved around $1500 and the car was fixed in a very timely manner. Very grateful that I went to him for a second opinion. I've never felt like a mechanic was trying to get me the best price like Cliff did.

Clif was great to work with. I broke down far from my house because my serpentine failed. He answered right away with very reasonable quotes compared to the shops in the area and came and fixed my truck within 35 minutes I was back running. He was honest and felt trustworthy which is rare in the mechanic world. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Clifton responded to me on a weekend and came out late at night to repair my Mini. He sent me options for parts while he was at the store and let me choose based on my price level. He was upfront about his fees and extremely efficient. I'm always going to call him for any car repairs he can perform. Most importantly, my wife was happy and told me she was impressed with how well the work was done. Married people, you know how important this is.

Clifton was great! He sent photos, in depth explanations, videos, and fully explained the price and what would be needed. He even helped out on some other stuff free of charge! I highly recommend. For my car dying in the middle of the road, he made this experience stress free. Solid dude! I don’t know anything about cars, and he didn’t try to upsell me/over charge me on anything.

Honestly sounded cool over the phone, had some inconveniences on both our ends, and then came off as kind of a prick in the end. I called him because he advertised as a “mobile mechanic” and I understood he had things going on that eliminated the mobile part for a short time. I ended up working late the day I was supposed to bring it by, so I didn’t get to bring it by (plus I have two kids and my wife works nights and this is my only vehicle right now). I messaged him the next day, explained what happened and continued wanting to use him for the repairs on my truck.
