After my Tesla was involved in an accident, I was uncertain about the repair process, but the team here made everything seamless and stress-free. They managed to complete the body work and paint on OEM parts in under a week—impressive! The quality of the repairs was flawless; my Tesla looks as good as new. Estrella, the front desk representative, was particularly exceptional. She was not only friendly but also ensured that communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. Estrella coordinated everything with our insurance, making sure that everything moved along smoothly and efficiently. Recently had service done to my Tesla Model 3 which was rear ended by a delivery truck. We went through Tesla from before and wait times was really long and after the incident just to get an estimate would've taken a month and a half while Autocraft Bodyworks was able to see us even the same day. They helped us communicate with insurance and also with a rental, service was fast, very communicative, and friendly staff all around. Work that was done was pretty extensive and was done in a timely manner and finish product was OEM. I reccomend having work done to your EVs or gas powered cars here.

UPDATE: We finally received our vehicle back and behold, they crossed up the wiring on the van when installing our new awning and the vehicle is unusable in its current state for rentals or its designated use. I received a call on Wednesday that the manager would be reaching out to put a game plan together to resolve the issue….it’s now Saturday with zero phone call or communications. The gift that keeps giving with this company costing us time and money. $130 in Ubers to once again get the van back to them and we now have the van after another week in the shop correcting their wiring mixup. Upon pickup and asking for an area to plug in the van to make sure it is working properly, I was told by the Manager ‘You can go to your house and plug it in and make sure it works’. Wow, nice,

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would!! These guys did a phenomenal job on my Rivian! From the moment I dropped it off, I had complete peace of mind knowing it was in expert hands. I didn’t worry once about the status of the repairs — that gut feeling was spot on. When I got the call to pick it up, they didn’t just meet my expectations — they crushed them! The results were beyond impressive. The entire team went above and beyond, and they truly deserve a standing ovation. I’m beyond satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
