I’ve taken my vehicle here for numerous things from new brakes to a simple oil change and I have had nothing but a good experience. The team is very communicative, extremely friendly and timely with their work. For my most recent visit we had a longer list of items to get done and they called me daily to provide updates on when the vehicle would be ready. I have never felt like their team has pushed me to do any service and they have always explained to me fully the options presented, which as a younger women is just about never the case at an auto shop. I will go out of my way in the future to make sure this is the only business I go to in the future for every and all vehicle needs. 😊

Had a great experience here, being next to the train station was really helpful! I had an issue other mechanic shops didn’t seem eager to take, but they were able to take my car and get the job done. Excellent service.

Wanted to check the suspension components on my truck for wear, especially since this can affect the front tire wear. The facility was able to get me an appointment the next day. They did their inspection and provided me with a report. Exactly what I was looking for. The cost was minimal.

Advanced Auto has handled our maintenance for years in multiple vehicles. They always do a good job and are friendly and easy to schedule with. Plus, my dog loves that they always have a treat for her! :)

Able to get timely appointments. Communication and transparency are solid. Tim is a great guy to deal with. Crossed over from Casey’s about a year ago and have been happy with the shift.
