Palatine Shell Service is hands-down the most honest and affordable shop I’ve ever been to. They genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They explain everything clearly, never try to upsell, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Dino, Ronnie, and Will get an extra callout! Every time I’ve gone here, they’ve been reliable, fair, and incredibly helpful. They never disappoint. It’s rare to find a place you can actually trust with your car, and this is it. I will only go to them from now on. Also, they kept me in the loop every step of the way and got me out of there as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Very honest shop! I'm somewhat mechanically inclined and used to try to do work myself. I just don't always have the time or right tools etc. I have an older car. Reliable Crown Victoria but it has its quirks as it's aging. Just trying to keep it road worthy as it's my main source of transportation to and from a CDL truck I drive for work. These guys delivered. Dino understood what I was trying to get done and got it done sooner than expected. Very satisfied with that Shell. When I was a kid I used to take my cars to a Shell in Downers Grove for service. Overall friendly and honest. This place kinda reminds me of that. Thanks for the help! I'll be back and 100% recommend as they do great work! Glad a place like this exists close to home!
