Amazing experience at Stephen’s Automotive in Palatine with Cris and Eric. The car was towed there after hours and they handled everything smoothly, followed up with us, and kept us informed. When we met with them, they were incredibly professional and, most importantly, honest. They fixed the car and did a thorough check. We’ve definitely found our new go-to shop. Highly recommend! ✌️

I needed a new auto shop, and I am so glad we went to Stephens! We were with our previous shop for 30 years, and it was our neighbor's shop, which meant we had high standards of service. Stephens has exceeded our expectations! We had small and large car issues with both of our cars this summer and the service was beyond professional. The owner, Joe Stephens, and his staff, Chris, make it their personal responsibility to ensure your car is fixed and safe to leave with. The big issue was our transmission. Stephens sent our JEEP to a 40-year referral of theirs that specializes in transmissions.
