I recently visited Arlington Acura in Palatine to purchase brake pads and rotors for my Acura, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Carlos in the parts department was especially helpful. He took the time to ensure I got the correct parts for my specific model and clearly explained the differences between OEM and aftermarket options. His advice helped me make an informed decision that suited both my needs and budget. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they even had the parts in stock, so there was no waiting. The sales team and entire staff have been super helpful and great to work with. My car didn’t come with a charger (back ordered) but they worked together to ensure they got it with priority. Also I had an issue with one of the doors on my car and Bo (who wasn’t my salesman) took care of me and worked with service and parts to make sure I was taken care. Definitely a different experience from other dealerships I’ve been to! #HappyCustomer Will is the man!
These guys are great. Came in and needed some things done and they got me a great deal and got everything done in a timely manner! They also replaced my key batteries for free! Would do business again in the future highly recommend.
I was so impressed and happy with my experience with Arlington Acura. From the check in with the service department to the parts department everyone was attentive and extremely knowledgeable.
