Approximately two weeks ago I called Advance Auto services in Alexandria. When I tried to schedule appointment it was explained that they were two weeks backed up and I said that was fine could I schedule to bring it. The gentleman took my information and scheduled me to bring it in the 12th explaining that I could drop it off tonight before if I wish. Explain what was going on with the truck and a few other things that I wanted to get prices on to have done. At the end of the day Wednesday I called and I was told that it was the next one going into the garage that. Thursday rolled around I got off work and as I approached Advance Auto I seen my truck sitting in the same spot. I stopped in and explain that my truck was still sitting in the same spot. Quick and reliable service! Had issues with my car in the morning and by noon i was able to bring it in, have them look at it, & fix the issue. i wasn’t even there for an hour! Plus they’re so nice I had to park in the next business over because they have so many cars they’re working on and they went and pulled my car in for me! Great place to go for young women looking for a reliable mechanic and wanting to support small businesses.

Away from home I pulled onto their lot after finding a near flat tire with a visible nail showing. These folks were great to me. Super quick service ( under 15 minutes) and reasonable on top of that. Much appreciated

Brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler there for a blown radiator. My thermostat housing needed to be replaced also. A month later, I started to notice that my Jeep would overheat at highway speeds. I called and Bud told me to bring it down and he would take a look. The thermostat housing had failed again. They replaced it the same day. Having this work done cost me nothing extra. It's great when a business stands behind their work. Thanks for the speedy repair. 🤙
