I was adding things to the list as he was going, and he still got my truck in and out exactly when he said he would. Pricing was a little high, but so is everything else that's worth having. I have a 2016 GMC Yukon that I had a transmission go out in and was recommended to SS Transmission. I called for a quote and he was so kind! Quoted me a very fair price with an unbeatable warranty. Other places may have been slightly cheaper but they couldn't touch his warranty and VERY fast turnaround time! Highly impressed! And my truck ran GREAT! I called John about a year ago. He quoted me an incredible price for a rebuild on a 2015 Ford escape. Not only did he quote me an incredible price but the warranty to back what he does speaks volumes. Absolutely Had a great conversation last year. This year we took the Ford escape to him and had it fixed and I can say that we are extremely pleased. John has great customer service, great pricing, and a great warranty.
