This was my first experience with Baxter as they were highly recommended by a close friend. I cannot begin to emphasize the extraordinary personal care that was provided beginning with my initial phone interaction. Every staff person I encountered provided excellent customer service especially the owner himself! The effort this organization took to repair my vehicle was beyond any I have ever received from a service vendor. I feel so comfortable knowing that if there is a need, Don Baxter and his company will take care of me; they are rated #1 in Northern KY for a reason and they certainly deserve it! THANK YOU!!!!

My family has been using Don Baxters for years, and they've always done a great job! They're more than honest with what is a necessary repair, and things that don't necessarily need to be delt with right away. They're also very generous with their time, and have looked over our vehicles when there's nothing in it for them.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Don Baxter Auto Repair for over five years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. After bringing in my Jeep for diagnosis, I was quoted between $5,000 and $10,000 for repairs. I decided to tow my vehicle to another reputable mechanic, who completed the same repair for about $3,400 — over $6,000 less than Baxter’s estimate. When I requested a goodwill refund of the $66 diagnostic fee, given the major price difference and additional towing and rental expenses, the owner refused. He also referenced “defamation laws” in one of his replies, which came across as defensive and unprofessional rather than understanding. Had a great experience taking my car to Don Baxter Auto. They were able to correctly diagnose an issue with my Honda the dealership had misidentified. They corrected the issue quickly, and for a very fair price. Highly recommend them!

Had my truck repaired at Don Baxter and they did a great job. Travis kept me updated, and when I picked it up the mechanic took time and showed me the parts that he replaced and even explained how they worked. Great experience at Don Baxter!!
