I recently bought an Ioniq 6 from this dealership from out of state. My purchase actually started in a pretty unusual way.. I initially reached out through an AI assistant that was supposed to try to talk the price down a bit… bad move. When I checked in on the conversation later, the thing had been pretty ruthless with Andrew and also made a promise that I would be flying in to Kentucky to pick it up (not the case). This is the first and last time I’ll be using an AI assistant for anything.. poor Andrew was a bit confused when I took over the conversation, introducing a new name (my name, because the AI used a pseudonym for some reason?) and new contact info to communicate. We bought a Tucson Hybrid from Jonathan Meyer last week. It was a great experience. We explained the terms we were looking for in a lease. He got the numbers to be in the ballpark and kept the ball rolling as we were on a timeline that day. We forgot something in the car we traded and he met us at the car and got answers to a few questions we had. He then called the next week to see if we had any other questions and to make sure all was well with the new car.
