TLDR - I could not have asked for a better experience working with Rich. I called Rich on pretty short notice a couple weeks ago to inquire about a car - a 2015 VW Golf R. We made a deal that same afternoon after we took a test drive of the vehicle. Rich was easy to work with, considerate, and not pushy! As a first-time car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better combination. So happy with this relationship. As an out of state buyer, I was nervous, but the process was super simple to drive the car off the lot the week after Rich and I made a deal. Rich even hooked me up with a full synthetic oil change. Cannot recommend Rich enough. After my accident I was devastated to lose my car and weary to find a suitable replacement. After finding an exact match to my old car here Rich was patient and kind enough to speak to not only myself but my father and my boyfriend to ease any worries and give as much information as possible. He was considerate and helpful about the process of getting the car back into my state and even offered to have it driven half way to meet us and came in early on days off to help the process. You are in good hands with him. He also recommended a great ice cream place to us after the long drive. Thank you Rich!
