Town Fair Tire

I had a great experience with Andy, Tim, Kyle, Brian, and Matthew at the Town Fair Tire in Littleton. They are extremely professional, honest, and helpful. After getting my vehicle back from a mechanic who did a poor job, the team took the time to point out several external safety issues that I wasn’t even aware of, such as a incorrectly installed rack and pinion as well as a loose bolt. I really appreciated how thorough and transparent they were. They also went above and beyond by offering to realign my car for free once I get the existing issues fixed, which says a lot about their integrity and customer service. Town Fair tire in Littleton was a disappointing experience. Having an appointment was pointless. Mounting four new tires and alignment took an entire afternoon. They’ll (Kevin & Sebastian) tell you 90 minutes. Don’t believe them. 90 minutes was the wait for them to pull the vehicle into the garage. Also, a quick check of the tire pressures shows that they appear to be inflated to random and arbitrary pressures. I can fix this. But I should not have to. They inflate tires for a living. Also also, when town fair tires in Littleton were trying to sell me tires, getting the summer tires put into bags for storage was not problem. Of course, three hours later and 30 minutes late to pick up a kid, no bags. Finally, when I pointed out that timing was not going to work out the way they had said,

Oh, my goodness! Where should I start? From the moment I called and spoke with Brian, as I was setting up to have my flat tire replaced, to the minute that I sat down in my car to drive away after the work was done, this was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Town Fair Tire, for having employees who care. Brian has a very calm and gentle demeanor that took any worry right away from me. Andy helped me, as well. Both of them really set the bar high for other people to follow. I'm appreciative of the workers who actually worked on my car and put it back into commission. Thank you very much!

Went here after trying to go to Leominster location for tires. After being told in Leominster they had the tires in stock, when I arrived no tires and substantial price increase. Kyle in Littleton was super helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to him and their location. I also appreciate Brian’s help here as well. We will be a repeating customer in Littleton! Thank you!

Update: Came in to get a 500 mile torque check on my new tires and Brian and Matt got me in and out in no time with great service. :) Just got new tires for our minivan. Kyle was super helpful. Got great prices on tires with a 60k warranty. Scheduled me in quickly.
