I had a great experience! The owner was incredibly kind, attentive and honest. I called in the morning to ask if I could bring my car in right away to check the engine light, and he told me to come in! The service was fast, communication was clear and the whole place is very clean and professional. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust but I definitely felt that here. Highly recommend!!

We've gone through several mechanics since moving to Ayer in 2020 -- recently, we landed at Miller Automotive after several mechanics tried to buy my spouse's car instead of fixing it. Not only did the Miller team take on the project, they fabricated a custom part to keep costs down! Now, they have my business too! Great service and even greater value

Had my 2020 Accord Hybrid inspected here since they were in a convenient location for me. They said I needed new front tires & gave me an "R" rejection sticker. Next day I came back & asked if they could replace my tires to pass inspection. Brad was very friendly, volunteered to drive me back & forth to my office. The shop area looked nice & clean. However, the bill for replacing my 2 front tires was $1020.00 That's way too much for 2 tires on my small car. He should have at least called back and said that my car apparently needed an extra 4 wheel alignment for an extra $250 on my bill. I called back the next day to express my disappointment in their pricing & communication. Again very friendly (Hence the 2nd star in my review). He kept asking if I take exit ramps really fast & I
