Over 75 Days to get my car back, and not fully repaired. Be warned! No stars should be a choice! Jake's does not provide any type of expectation. Pulling teeth to get any info on status of the repair. Does not seem to understand basic customer service, the importance of transparent communication, repairing a car correctly is job 1, or how holding your car hostage can cause serious frustration. Upon receiving the car back the left front wheel bearing needed to be replaced, and the left front control arm was bent. This required a further 11 days of time spent getting the car finished at the dealer, not at Jake's.
