Adventure RV Center

I placed and order on May 15, 2020. It is now June 3rd. I have not received the material for my almost $800.00 purchase. The money was taken from my banking account on May 17, 2020. I have sent multiple requests for information on my shipment. No true response to my requests. You cannot call this company. they only communicate by live chat or email. live chat cannot help you in any way.... I think it is an automated response system. I have ordered other things from this company and was satisfied, but I have demanded a refund because I have had to order the items from a different company because we are a mobile RV repair company and 3 weeks to get anything without a response is ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I pride myself on customer service

I wish I had read this. Terrible experience. I ordered a part per their picture on the web but it was wrong it cost 21.?? And I sent it back untouched and in perfect condition. They refunded 8.98. What the heck. Such a rip off. Do not buy from this company because their pictures of their products are not good enough to be sure of what you are getting. My product did not have a model number I had to order by sight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They are terrible! I needed to cancel and item because it I accidentally ordered it. I asked just hours after I ordered it. It said it would ship in a few days. First! To cancel I had to call or open a ticket with them. Second! They told me... we don’t care why you are canceling it we are going to charge you 5%. Done doing business there. Correction. They ended up charging me less than they originally told me, but still near 5%.

Don't buy from this supplier/reseller I bought 4 Domatic's Brisk air conditioners from Amazon this company Adventure RV Center actually represent themselves as RVSupplies i don't trust Amazon nor their suppliers... This supplier RVSpplies call themselves also as Adventure RV Center, is dishonest can't be trusted, you need to read the fine print of their bizarre return policy. First, they have 30 minutes cancellation policy, never heard off of such ridicules cancellation option, basically you can't cancel orders. Second you must pay for return items, in my case it cost me $150 per item total of $600 out of pocket. Thirdly, they take unbelievably 50% restocking fee. Fourthly, they claim without proof, that the packaging sent to them via UPS arrived damaged, without supporting of UPS r

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I don't think I have dealt with ruder customer service. I ordered a fan motor. I received the wrong motor. We were out of town on vacation when it arrived. We read the terms of guaranty. And I called to let them know that it was incorrect within 30 days to be able to return it. However, the customer service rep told me that I only had 3 days after delivery to let them know about damaged or incorrect items. I read the agreement again and it said nothing about a 3 day notice for incorrect items-Only damaged items. I replied and let them know that they were incorrect and legally had not fulfilled their agreement because it stated 30 days guarantee and now I would be out of money for their mistake.
